There are long and short cycling tracks around the Liptov region. There are cycling tracks around damp Liptovska Mara, to Demanovská valley and Janska valley, even to Jasna.

WATER SLALOM, RAFTING AND KAYAKING
Have you ever tried manmade raff river water slalom, rafting or kayaking. This is the perfect opportunity to do so.

DAM LIPTOVKA MARA: The dam invites surfers and yachters. They also offer a school of windsurfing and a training centre of divers. Boat trips are also available.

DEMANOVSKA CAVES: Tours are available for the unique Demanoska Caves of Liberty and Demanoska Ice caves. Special concessions are given to parents and children with respiratory diseases and allergies.

HORSE RIDING : The beautiful country scenery is perfect for experiencing the great outdoors with horses. The group of skilled riders and instructor will help you and the family every step of the way.

LIPTOVSKY JAN – THEMAL BATH
The village Liptovsky Jan has a locality to the thermal and mineral springs. They belong to cold and low thermal, carbonic, nitrogenous weakly mineralise hydrosulphide waters. Summer thermal swimming pools: 50 m basin, 2 child swimming pools, with temperatures of 28.2 °C. Thermal water has healing effects for skin illnesses, motional tract, female illnesses, nervous and heart conditions.
